How to Buy
Kalka's leather products, as shown in the catalogue, are available at our fairs or by mail order form.
Kalka also sources leather goods for corporate customers, providing custom-designed leather goods incorporating the customer's logo and/or message.
We aim to make the ordering process as simple and easy as possible, although we are not currently taking payments over the internet.

To Order By Post
Please print off and fill in the Mail Order Form and send with cheque or postal order :
Kalka, Meadows, Coombe Bissett, Salisbury, Wilts, SP5 4JT
Cheques should be made payable to Kalka. Please write your address, cheque card number and expiry date of your cheque card on the back of your cheque.
To Order By Fax
Simply print off and fill in the Mail Order Form and fax to us on 01722 718668 : we will contact you to arrange payment
To Order By Phone
Please phone us on 01722 718542 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can reach us by email at any time and we will reply at the earliest opportunity.

Stock :
In order to remain exclusive, Kalka orders and imports in limited quantities and therefore we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items ; needless to say if any part of your order is currently out of stock, we will advise you immediately.
Sizes and Colours :
Every care has been taken to portray items in our range accurately : however, please bear in mind that there may be some slight variation in the size of items due to the fact that they are individually hand-made. Also there may be some variation in the density of colour because all the products are of hand-coloured natural leather.
Delivery :
You should receive in-stock items within seven working days. We will advise you if for any reason part of your order will take longer. At present we can only deliver to UK addresses.
Packing and Postage :
Our packing and postage charge is standard for one postal address irrespective of the value of the order. If you wish goods to be sent to more than one address, the standard £4.00 charge will apply to each different address used.
Returns/Exchanges : Our Guarantee :
We are happy to exchange or refund the cost of any item that does not prove suitable. Please return purchases in their original condition and carefully packed within 10days of receipt. Please obtain proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for goods while in transit from customers. We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of postage and packing
